Patrons for 2019

Why be a Patron ?

To produce the high quality show, which has become the hall-mark of Gosport Gang, and more importantly maintain this as a vibrant scouting activity, considerable financial backing must be sought. This requirement is now some £20,000 in excess of what can be raised by ticket sales alone.

One of the methods by which such monies are raised is the Gang Show Patronage Scheme. On payment of a subscription an individual becomes a Patron for a year. This can be paid either as a lump sum payment of £52, prior to the annual show, or as a monthy subscription of £4.33, payable by standing order over a twelve month period. (That is less than £1 a week to help maintain 35,000 hours of activity each year for young people of Gosport and Fareham.)

Helping each other

The Patronage Scheme was created for the mutual benefit of Gang Show and their most enthusiastic supporters. Each Patron is entitled to 2 seats in a preferential block, at the performance of their choice. If their preference is to attend the Gala Evening, then a suitable reduction in the cost of that evening is given.

First class treatment

Patrons are also invited to visit a rehearsal, should they so wish.
On normal performances Patrons will be met before the show in the special Patrons Lounge and their order taken for complimentary interval drinks. During the interval, they will return to the louge where their refreshments will be waiting. The support of each Patron is acknowledged with a mention in the show programme.

Please note: Patrons requiring additional seats, will be charged the normal price for the chosen performance. Only a total of four seats per Patron can be allocated in the preferential block.
